Would somebody enlighten me and tell me why people in Vancouver like to drive their car in the deep snow? I mean, all I've been hearing for the past few days is the screeching wheels of some car stuck in the snow. Do people really think they are going to get somewhere fast by driving their car in this weather?? Especially with the all season tires that are absolutely not made for this much snow and ice. Seriously, right now I'm listening to the guy down on the street who started pulling his car out of the parking spot a half an hour ago, sreaming and cursing while his wife is trying to push the car out. Wherever they were going to go, they can forget now. Isn't it easier to put a few extra layers of clothing on and just take a bus?
